Job Description

Were on the lookout for a Sales & ContractsAdministrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full-time permanent basis.This role offers Circa £20K per annumAbout the role:We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual for a Sales and Contracts Administrator role. This will be an expanding role and duties will change and develop to meet customer requirements. You will provide a fundamental and essential role insupporting the day-to-day responsibilities which will include;

  • Contacting existing customers to chase quoted works
  • Resending quotations when necessary
  • Liaising with internals teams to allocate works
  • Amending customer contact details on database
  • Contacting existing customers to renew their PPM maintenance contracts
  • Identifying opportunities for new sales
  • Managing a Sales inbox and directing as necessary
  • Dealing with, and resolving customer issues
  • Good IT literacy skills with experience in Excel preferred
About you:We are looking for someone with good organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner. You should be able to multitask and be able to work well under yourown initiative. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be a team player. Experiencein a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.The details:
