Job Description

Scope:Fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre, fully qualified nurse with experience in Renal to join a global leading manufacturer of healthcare products as a Clinical Nurse Specialist covering the North of the UK (including Scotland & North Wales).Specialist training will be provided for the successful candidate in this highly progressive role, however existing experience in Renal is essential. In addition to training, youll be provided with everything you need to succeed, including a company car,fuel/expenses card, laptop and mobile in addition to a highly rewarding base salary.Hours: Monday-Friday, with core hours of 8:30am-4:30pm (flexibility required)Responsibilities:

  • To promote training support for the sales of company product and services portfolio.
  • To coordinate and implement the provision of educational and support service to customers, post sales, for all product and service installations.
  • To assist the sales team by working alongside each other during the evaluation of company products and services to improve efficiency and influence outcome of trials.
  • To liaise with the sales team and customers working autonomously with effective time management.
  • To ensure the CRM management tool is implemented as per company directives.
  • Develop training material which assists the promotion of the company as experts and first choice for training and education.
  • To support company sales & marketing teams by providing professional knowledge an education against the product and services portfolio.
  • To provide clinical advice during the development of literature.
  • To attend local and national seminars to keep updated with professional issues and developments in practices.
  • To provide feedback to the company regarding competitors, prices and new products & services
  • To demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and an awareness of changes in clinical practice and provide feedback to the sales & marketing team.
  • To assist with research projects for the promotion of company products and services
  • To maintain effective communication systems, liaising with team members as appropriate.
  • To liaise effectively with internal and external agencies to promote customer relations.
  • To ensure all practice conforms to agreed policies and guidelines.
About You:
  • RGN with current NMC qualifications (essential)
  • Clinical experience within Renal (essential)
  • Teaching Certificate (desirable)
  • Renal qualification (desirable)
  • Current Valid driving Licence
  • Flexibility to travel to support trials and installations.
  • Prepared for overnight stay away from home on occasion
Package:
  • £30-40,000 basic salary depending on experience level (+ quarterly and annual bonus), company car, fuel & expenses card.
