Job Description

I am working on behalf of a high quality, bespoke domiciliary care franchise who are looking for a Registered Manager for their established domiciliary care service in Loughborough, Leicestershire.You would have a key focus on ensuring the company is delivering an outstanding level of service to clientsthe company is renown on delivering high quality, minimum 1 hour care called to the elderly.The Company:

  • Deliver bespoke homecare nationally
  • Franchise setup
  • Cater for the private market within domiciliary care
  • Large office team which offers high levels of support
  • Minimum of 1-hour care calls
  • Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
  • Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
  • Managing the day to day running of the branchcurrently delivering approx. 1,000 hours of care per week
  • Focus on ensuring quality of care being delivered to clients as high as possible
  • Innovative ideas to continue growing the branch
  • Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and push for Outstanding
  • Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
Required competencies:
  • Previous care experience is essential, preferably at management level
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of Charnwood area desirable
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
  • Drive and ambitious personality
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care
