Job Description

Quality Systems ManagerLoughboroughPermanent37 hours per week (8.30am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday!)£35,000 - £45,000 per annumBenefits of the Quality Systems Manager: 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension scheme, free on-site car parking.Join our vibrant and successful company located in the Loughborough area, where excellence and quality are not just a goal, but a way of life. We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Quality Systems Manager to become an integral partof their dynamic team.As a Quality Systems Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in the organisation, taking charge of the development, management, and coordination of systems to ensure that the highest quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities of the Quality Systems Manager:

  • System Maintenance and Improvement: Spearhead the enhancement of systems, including Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental components.
  • ISO Compliance: Oversee ISO processes, ensuring unwavering compliance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Swiftly respond to customer requests for management system data, showcasing our commitment to transparency and service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with our board of directors to implement continuous improvement methods, driving operational excellence and ensuring the overall success of our business.
Qualifications and Qualities We Seek:
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally in a quality, health and safety, or environmental capacity.
  • Quality Standards: Essential knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 including previous experience of carrying out sucessful ISO audits.
  • Safety Certification: Possession of a NEBOSH general safety certificate, IOSH, or equivalent, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety would be an advantage.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport and influence a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
