Are you looking to work for an award winning top 100 company in the Leicestershire areaWould you like to work for a company which helps millions of people worldwide to gain access to quality and affordable healthcareIf so, here is your chance!We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer (Technical Systems) within our Quality Assurance Systems Team, reporting to the Deputy Manager: Systems- Technical.Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm (You could start between 8:00am - 10:00am, so long as you work 7.5 hours a day, with some evening and out of hours work, as required)Hybrid Working available after probation period.Quality Assurance Officer (Technical Systems) Duties:As the Quality Assurance Officer-Technical: Systems, you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including:

  • Supporting site as administrator & trainer for the ERP and e-QMS.
  • Updating system configuration and validation activities for electronic systems and new projects.
  • Performing document control, issue, review, revision via e-QMS.
  • Data entry/reporting and document filing for the electronic systems.
  • Adherence to and maintenance of all other aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) including (but not limited to); CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, Documentation Control and Training.
  • Providing support with audit preparation and preparing reports for the QA Manager and Qualified Persons.
Quality Assurance Officer (Technical Systems) Requirements:Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with electronic management systems (preferred: electronic Quality Management Systems (e-QMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)).
  • Experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Relevant degree in a life science or technical discipline;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;.
  • Good reasoning and a deductive capability;
