Job Description

Are you looking to work for an award winning top 100 company in the Leicestershire areaWould you like to work for a company which helps millions of people worldwide to gain access to quality and affordable healthcareIf so, here is your chance!We are looking to recruit a highly organised and meticulous individual for the role of Quality Assurance Administrator in our Quality Assurance Operations department.Location: LoughboroughContract type: 12 Months Fixed TermHours of Work: Monday - Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm (Some flexibility to start between 8:00am - 10:00am, however 7.5 hours required in a day)Salary: £21,282.91 + Company BenefitsQuality Assurance Administrator (Operations) Duties:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Perform visual verification of the sample and sending sample to respective laboratories
  • Preparing and compiling batch documentation for submission into to batch release activity to Responsible Person and Qualified person
  • Support in scanning/filling and saving QMS (Quality Management system) documentation
  • Updating Excel tracker for purchase order, batch forecasting and planning activity
  • Take charge of the requisitioning and the acquisition system for procurement of items required by the QA Department
  • Updating and maintaining accurate Quality Management documentation records
  • Ordering the testing material for batch and maintaining the testing material inventory
  • Support the Warehouse department with retention sample organisation
  • Maintaining the archiving for all documentation
Quality Assurance Administrator (Operations) Requirements:You will have strong IT skills, both verbal and written including use of excel for tracking purposes. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and efficient time management. Experience in an Administration roleor Quality Assurance role would be desirable.
