We are proud to be a key manufacturer of medicines, supplying to the NHS, retail pharmacy sector and internationalmarkets, as well as being the UKs trusted supplier to Aid Agencies and NGOs.Salary: £20,269Location: LoughboroughContract Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term ContractHours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm (Some flexibility to start between 8:00am9:00am, however 7.5 hours required in a day)Quality Assurance Administrator Duties:

  • Updating and maintaining accurate Quality Management documentation records, including logs and trackers for a number of processes.
  • Handling internal enquiries and escalating within the team where required.
  • Ensure that Supplier and Customer files are complete and ready for the approval/re-approval process in a timely manner.
  • Centrally file and archive a wide range of documentation including all training records, reports, Investigations and other quality documentation.
Quality Assurance Administrator Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, both verbal and written including use of excel for tracking purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Efficient time management.
  • Experience in an Administration role or Quality Assurance role would be desirable.
