  • Completion of allocated actions in the QA Shared Inbox
  • Progress complaints and recall activities
  • Co-ordinate complaint samples to be received from the customer and sent to the supplier
  • Coordinate activities such as Supplier Approvals liaising with procurement as requested to obtain additional information
  • Support on audits
  • Execute CAPA and non-conformance tracking to ensure corrective action are addressed for all quality activities.
  • Monitor, Analyse and Drive improvements in supplier performance, shown though risk assessments, Audits, CAPAs and reviews
  • Provide support for all supplier quality related activities ensuring relevant standards are met.
  • Provide hands on technical support for release inspection as required.
The Quality Administrator person:The successful person will ideally be qualified to HNC or Degree level and have a proven background in achieving high levels of quality compliance service in a manufacturing business supplying a wide variety of large and smaller customers. You will haveexperience in a regulated fast moving quality environment such as Food, FMCG, Pharma or Medical.A highly attractive package including relocation reflects the importance of the role.
