Job Description

We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join the medical device division for our client based in Loughborough.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with ambitious growth plans and become part of a growing Production team. The Production Operative will be required to undertake medical device manufacturing tasks and quality assurance tasks. If you haveworked in a pharmaceutical environment, we would love to hear from you as this would be a great advantage.Pay for a Production Operative:

  • £10.42 per hour.
Hours:
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Core Responsibilities:
  • Undertake manufacturing tasks following instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Work safely within technical areas, maintaining excellent housekeeping.
  • Support the validation and verification testing of products and equipment.
  • Report any HSE matters and identified opportunities for improvement to management.
  • Complete required paperwork.
  • Operation and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
  • Able to undertake tasks that require fine finger movements and experience of using hand/power tools.
.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Confident using IT.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience of working in a pharmaceutical/medical device regulated environment would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Able to work on own initiative, independently as well as contributing to the wider team.
  • Comfortable in a clinical environment.
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance.
  • Attention to detail and quality focused.
