  • Experience in delivering high levels of productivity, ideally within a production or warehouse environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Basic computer skills
  • Coming from a background of continuous manufacturing is desirable, however we will consider a range of backgrounds.

What will I be doing in the roleAs a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the Production Team, you will be responsible for meeting the desired level of plant output to ensure that the product is delivered to the next process step in a condition that is ready for delivery to the customer.This will be achieved using the agreed safe operating standards and quality procedures, while adhering to and promoting both the Saint-Gobain attitudes and the British Gypsum principles of conduct.Gain exposure to 4 separate areas of the Warehouse: Loading, Mill, Mixing and PackingTraining will be provided for each section.This is a shift based role, working 2 days on 2 nights on, 4 days off. It will be 12 hour shifts, 6am-6pm, then 6pm-6am.
