Job Description

The RoleAre you someone who is passionate about digital transformationAt Saint-Gobain Digital, we are looking for a Product Analyst to work with us on a hybrid basis out of any of our UK hubs, including East Leake, Binley, Elland and Tadley.This person will be a part of our enthusiastic Product Ownership, Lean Process and Growth team who are a major part of our ongoing digital transformation and are proud to work for our us. In this exciting role, you will take ownership forcompleting business analysis to define the end-to-end requirements for digital and IT solutions to capture anticipated customer and business value of the change as part of a business and digital transformation.What you will do:

  • Provide key outputs for the Product Owner to assess options and select and approach
  • Own requirements from inception to business adoption of solutions
  • Define, analyse and document problem spaces
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the business at all levels to review requirements and solutions
  • Gather and document requirements for new functionalities
  • Work with contributors to map out the target To-Be functionalities and identify potential technical solutions
  • Identify test scenarios
  • Provide support to the development and QA teams through the sprint delivery
What were looking for:
  • Scrum/Kanban and scaled Agile experience
  • Someone who is comfortable with API and/or micro-services integration
  • Experience with DevOps, automated testing, and user journey mapping
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Someone with MuleSoft experience would be advantageous
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner qualification would be advantageous
