Job Description

Role: Payroll SpecialistLocation: LoughboroughSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus study support and bonusHybrid: 4 days in the office, parking availableThis is an amazing opportunity to progress in your career within a global organisation.Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and checking data from the Time & Attendance system.
  • Accurate and timely inputting and checking of payroll data including taxable benefits.
  • Ensure the UK payroll is processed in collaboration with ADP in accordance with payroll processing deadlines.
  • Processing and recording of third-party payments; PAYE, Pensions, Benefits, etc.
  • Produce and provide regular payroll reports based on accurate records.
  • Pro actively support and coach managers to improve payroll process knowledge and improve interdepartmental working to reduce repetitive queries, improve payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience processing payroll is essential
  • Studying towards their CIPP qualifications
  • Payroll and time attendance software proficiency preferably ADP
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
