Alongside being able to work in a fast paced environment where you canmake a difference every day.Reporting to the Payroll Hub Leader you will be part of the payroll outsourcing team whoprovide services to approx. 2000 clients. Our clients range in size, complexity, frequency andindustry so there is always something new to learn.You will have a full understanding of UK payroll legislation and be comfortable and composedworking under pressure. Alongside a desire to learn, be a strong team player and supportyour dedicated payroll portfolio by achieving the highest level of service delivery to ourcustomers.Day-to-day, you will:• Complete customer tasks as scheduled, including all aspects of running payroll• Comply with all Standard Procedures to ensure that the highest levels of accuracy are achieved• Work with dedicated customer son anu issues encountered by either party• Ensure all KPI and SLAs are achieved• Ability to Continually Seek and Implement Process ImprovementsYour skills and experiences might also include:• Fully Engaged with the Access Values• A minimum of 2 years payroll experience within a Payroll Bureau of In-House Team• Numerate with a keen eye to detail• Calm and Balanced Approach at all times• Excellent Communication Skills• Ability to take ownership and manage customer accounts• Ability to take initiative and work within a fast paced dynamic team• To work in accordance with the companies policies and procedures• Good Microsoft Office SkillsWhat does Access offer youWe are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do!
