About us and the roleWould you like to join an exciting and expanding company We are working on the HS2 project and have recently won another large contract so are expanding our team.ERSI Group are looking for a Payroll Assistant on a permanent, working on a full-time basis at our factory in Loughborough. Initially you will be based at our factory in Ilkeston so need to be able to travel to both locations.We are a global engineering company who is successful in winning new contracts with a great reputation. We are one of very few companies in the world who offer full services from supply, designing, manufacturing and the finished product.In addition to the payroll duties, this role will involve an element of HR responsibilities, initially this will be largely administration based, however as the role and business evolves there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to take on more HRrelated tasks.Ideal candidate skills Previous payroll experience is essential together with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Background in a construction, manufacturing or engineering environment Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive data Good knowledge of Excel, accounting software, ideally SAP Experience in basic HR administration tasks Enthusiastic and proactive personality Any level of fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous but not essentialMain tasks Reviewing timesheets (50-100) workers per week Produce a timely and accurate payroll in line with company requirements, Weekly & Monthly Respond and resolve payroll queries promptly Liaise with management confidently with regards any payroll issues Maintain up to date records on the payroll system First point of contact for all queries relating to payroll Making payments Compiling and analysing payroll reportsWhat you will get in return £24,000£32,000 per annum, depending on experience Monday to Friday, 8am5pm 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Auto enrolment in to the government pension scheme Onsite parkingWhat to do nextIf interested in this position, please apply now with your CV.Clover HR will be in contact with you to discuss your experience and the role with you.Ref: 133738
