Role: MIG Welder / Fabricator - Structural Steel EnvironmentLocation: LoughboroughSalary: Up to £30,150 per annum + Company Package (Up to £14.87 per hour)Hours: 07:15 AM to 16:15 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 07:15 to 12:15 PM (Friday)The company have a well-established, busy workshop based in Loughborough. They have a strong presence within the market and are an internationally recognised company that supply large scale industrial components into various industries.If youre an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator or have an understanding of structural steel / heavy engineering components and are looking for a change in role this could be a great opportunity for you.As a MIG Welder / Fabricator. you will need to be able to or have an understanding of the following:* MIG Welding experience* Reading and understanding engineering drawings* Performed high quality repairs on heavy duty steel equipment* Experience manufacturing for heavy industrial and structural environments is essential* Experience using hand and power tools* Working between 10mm and 100mm thickness* Experience with water cooled plant would be advantageous The starting salary offered for a MIG Welder / Fabricator is up to £30,150 per annum based on a 39-hour week with overtime available both during the week and weekends.Your standard hours of working will be 07:15 AM to 16:15 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 07:15 to 12:15 PM (Friday).If successful, you will benefit from:* Great opportunity for personal development - internal progression* Pension* 22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays* Fully equipped canteen on site* Full PPE providedThe first stage of the application process is to apply online.
