About you:We are looking for an individual that is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate with a strong work ethic. You will positively demonstrate the following attributes:• You will be a Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).• You must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and operate effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment.• You will have a proactive approach, inquisitive by nature with a strong eye for detail.• Credible and professional behaviour.• Computer literate with strong excel skills.• Excellent communication skills.• Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to work in a methodical manner.Day-to-day, you will:For each acquisition:• Conduct the internal finance operations due diligence process - reviewing dataroom, meeting acquisition finance contacts, identifying & reporting issues & risks.• Run finance integration process upon completion (adding to group insurances, VAT, fleet & treasury etc)• Manage interim monthly accounting/reporting process until live on our systems.• Build an effective working relationship with the legacy finance team.• Interact with wider Access integration/M&A/Finance Systems teams through regular meetings.• Migrate balance sheet into Access financial systems and handover to BAU team.• Assist with any other acquisition tasks needed to ensure successful onboarding of the acquired company including revenue assurance.• Constantly look for ways to improve the existing processes.Your skills and experiences might also include: • Exposure to an acquisition environment background.• Any experience within a global group would be an advantage.• Exposure to Access Dimensions software would be a benefit but not essential.What does Access offer youWe are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do!
