Job Description

BRN Recruitment are looking for a Letting Officer to work for the local authority in Charnwood.Duties:Your main duties will include advertising private sector rental properties. You will also be required to provide advice and assistance to housing applicants, private sector application and landlords to help prevent homelessness.Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Housing or experience within the sector is essential.
  • Previous experience of working with vulnerable people, homelessness prevention or related work is required.
  • Due to the nature of the role, it is vital that you can handle sensitive and complex situations whilst dealing with customers.
