Internal Communications - Sustainability/construction

The role of Internal Communications: This is a newly created role to develop and implement an internal communications strategy. You will have the autonomy to drive communication within the organisation, cultivate engagement, alignment, anda community feeling amongst employees.
  • Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager
  • Working closely with internal teams such as HR
  • Support internal community groups.
  • Internal magazine
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage internal communications platform
  • Internal communications messaging
  • Consistent and timely communication of important company information
  • Driving a positive culture across two sites
  • Serve as an advocate for the employee
  • Working closely with PR on socials
