Infrastructure Project Manager: Flexible working: £50,000 - £55,000 + package Broster Buchanan is engaged with an energy management solutions organisation who are going through a large digital transformation. As part of this, they are looking for an Infrastructure Manager to join their team in the UK. As part of the Business Processes Team, Service Delivery & IT Infrastructure workstream, you will support the IT Strategy and enable the acceleration and standardisation of a global IT Network Infrastructure by project managing dedicated sets of projects andsupporting technical activities. Experience & knowledge * Project management certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent * Experience in leading and implementing IT infrastructure projects, including areas such as: * Data migration * Server migration * System integration & system architecture * Environment assessments * Security devices install/configuration/management * Acquisition projects * Processes and Compliance * Experience in managing day to day operational and project tasks * Previous experience of leading change in an IT environment * Experience with hybrid environments including on-premises and cloud services * Experience of documenting processes, standard operating procedures & work instructions * Knowledge and understanding of IT Strategy and infrastructure, Information Management and Governance and IT Security * Experience being part of a company Acquisition/ Merger Skills * Ability to plan and deliver to time & budget * Ability to work effectively within both on-site and remote teams * Ability to collaboratively solve complex problem * Ability to assess & recommend appropriate solution for business requirements * Ability to multi-task / prioritise in an ambiguous work environment * Ability to manage change often at pace * Ability to manage upwards clearly articulating areas of support and concerns * Ability to drive effective decision making * Facilitation and project management skills * Stakeholder management skills * Strong facilitation and Project Management skills * Ability to define and work according to Standards * Technical skills: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, End point management Salary: £50,000 - £55,000+ package Location: 2-3 days on-site at one of the office locations (South Wales, Leicestershire, Peterborough) Hours: Monday Thursday 8am - 4.30pm // Friday 8am -1pm
