Rocasa Consulting are looking to recruit a Housing Customer Liaison Officer based in Charnwood working 37.5 hours per week paying up to £15ph via umbrella.Overview of role: •To provide effective liaison between tenants, leaseholders and contractors• Problem solve issues arising and complaints in relation to decent homes, repairs and other improvement works• To monitor programmes of works• To lead, manage and mentor the apprentice Customer Liaison Officer• Delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination.• To manage the adaptations programme, including managing a budget of £600k per annum.12 month contract Successful candidate must have use of a vehicleMust have the following Experience :- Experience of working with tenants or community groups, responding to queries Experience of working with contractors delivering repairs/decent homes works.Working knowledge of health and safety issues in relation to adaptations
