The Recruitment Group is looking for a Warehouse Operative with FLT for our client in Loughborough. As a Warehouse Operative with FLT, you will be involved with the Client’s shipping services and ideally must have GMP experience. You will also need Counterbalanceand Reach truck licenses. If you are interested in the Warehouse Operative with FLT role, please read below.Pay:• £12.54 per hourShifts:• Monday to Friday• 2 shift rotating pattern• Early: 06:00 to 14:15 then• Late: 14:00 to 22:15 (early finish on Fridays – 19:45)Responsibilities:• Offloading/loading of vehicles as required using forklift trucks.• Pallet movement as requested into production related areas.• Maintaining good standards of hygiene and housekeeping around all distribution areas.• Ensure all data protection activities, pertaining to current employees, customers, and all other external customers are done in line with the company’s data integrity policy.• Coordinates work activities with co-workers. Assists other staff in problem situations.• Raising near misses identifies safety improvement opportunities, and ensures health and safety remains a focus and priority for all activities.Skills and Knowledge:• FLT Counterbalance and Reach truck license a must.• IT Skills and experience in Warehouse Management Systems – knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.• Knowledge of warehouse and related processes.• Relevant experience of working in a production/manufacturing warehouse store environment.• Good communication and coordination skills• Good time management and ability to work to tight deadlines.• Ability to work using own initiative as well as within a team environment.About you:• Be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).• A keen eye for detail.• Able to work independently.• Good communication skills.• Must have a Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLT license.For more information and to apply, contact Jane at our Loughborough branch.
