Job Description

Facilities Maintenance CoordinatorSalary: £25,000 - £30,000Plus, an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday as well as bank holidays and a company success payment.As part of the wider People Development team based in Loughborough you will be responsible for ensuring all resources at the Scania National Learning Academy are maintained to a high standard and to keep up with the day-to-day housekeeping and upkeep ofthe site.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the site continues to maintain a high standard of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Work closely and coordinate with external maintenance contractors
  • Coordinate with the team when hosting various events onsite
  • Maintain the training facilities and equipment to an excellent standard
