Dispatch Manager - Food ManufacturingReference: Jo1827/NPH/REEDLocation: LoughboroughSalary: £29,000 to £31,000 + Pension + Overtime Days Based Role - Monday to Friday - Overtime is available on SaturdaysThe CompanyAn excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, a growing and supportive organisation. The Company have been established for over 20 years and is a truly British manufacturer and is one of the most efficient food processors of its kind in the UK. They are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased investment within the site which will increase its manufacturing output, based on growth in their market share.Key Skills

  • Dispatch Manager ideally From a Meat Processing Arena
  • Abattoir Manufacturing Knowledge within Dispatch
  • Understanding of Butchery / Meat Cutting is Advantageous
    • The RoleYou will have experience within a packaging and dispatch centre from ideally a meat processing arena, if you have butchery skills, it would be extremely advantageous, working with equipment such as cutters, meat processing equipment, packaging, conveyors and processing machinery within a high speed automated environment.Working closely with production, operations & technical to improve standards and manufacturing efficiencies. You will have knowledge and experience of working within a team of process operatives and the ability to manage a team of approximately 12 people and therefore ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high speed manufacturing/processing plant.
