Job Title: Web LeadReporting to: Head of Web ExperienceOverviewWere looking for an experienced digital marketer with strong skills in large website projects, UX, CRO and SEO to join our digital team. This role could be ideal for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager or a Senior Digital Marketing Executive.Responsibilities Driving lead generation through creating best in class user experiences on commercial websites Obsessing about onsite conversion to lead Providing analysis of website performance to the Digital Product Owner and recommendations for test and learn initiatives Managing and delivering onsite optimisations and content updates Focus on SEO and improving technical, content and offsite initiatives Technical partner to Digital Product Owner Key contact for IT and Web Developers Needs to be commercial and customer focused.Experience Is comfortable talking with developers and other technical experts - but is not necessarily a developer as agencies will be performing that roleoUsed to managing and co-ordinating technical experts and tasks Experience working with a CMS, understanding of capabilities / limitations and opportunities for development - Umbraco not essential but is a bonus Project management - especially the delivery of technical projects e.g re-platforming, hosting Data literate and good numeracy skills - demonstrated by ability to report on performance in an accurate and accessible way Development and delivery of technical/digital requirements Will have experience in using a wide range of digital toolsoGA, DataStudio, Search ConsoleoOptimize, ConvertoSEM RushoHeatmapping e.g HotJar Experience in the technical, on- and off-page aspects of SEO Experience in UX, CRO and how to drive lead generation Basic HMTL and CSS knowledge is a bonusExamples of tasks performed Providing support to the DPO on technical topics and projects Managing projects such as site re-platforming, hosting upgrades Rolling out technical best practice across the extended digital team and TAG e.g adoption of the best toolsoMaking sure documentation is up to date and maintainedoCreate, own and deliver requirements to enhance the digital platform across TAG websites and properties Own our SEO analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement for technical and content / keyword / baclinks, implementing improvements to drive performance Working in partnership with paid media specialists to improve page experience 1st point of call for Umbraco CMS issues for users in the wider businessoManage the CMS workflow, roles etcoBecome an Umbraco super useroReview and promote content to live Ownership and co-ordination of support, SLAs etcoManage and co-ordinate upgrades, maintenance outages etc Own and manage website performance reportingoEnsuring issues are resolved Work with the DPO to develop and run testing to improve onsite conversion (CRO)oA/B testing, functionality testing etc
