Job Description

Loughborough, LeicestershireMondayFriday, Office Hours£11.84phTemporary,ongoing, full timeWe are looking for an experienced Data Input/Finance Administrator to work for our prestigious client in Loughborough.Main responsibilities:

  • Accurate inputting of financial information into CRM
  • Data Entry quickly and accurately - a key depression of 7500 per hour
  • Numerical inputting
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM
  • Working with sensitive information to the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Working in accordance with GDPR
  • General administration duties (scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.)
  • To manage the administration of 450 funding awards including
  • Chase up overdue documents
  • Manage state advances and project progress on the internal database
  • Point of contact for customers over phone and email
  • Dealing with calls on our funding helpline
Candidate profile:
  • Experienced Data Entry Clerk or Finance Administrator (high Key Depressions Per Hour is required)
  • Accurate typist, able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Experienced user of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience of using a shared database
  • Ability to manage high volume tasks in a timely manner
  • Good customer service skills
