Like us, you know that customer service isnt just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship managerbetween the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.As a Sales Advisor you will support our customers through their whole retail journey, either online or in our dealerships. Our main area of focus is to deliver an exceptional customer service experience through warmth, attention, being responsive and deliveringgreat hospitality.We are experts in helping with the little things, whether that is arranging test drives, offering finance options, or helping to choose additional accessories.
