Customer Service AdvisorLocation: LoughboroughSalary: £23,000 per annum DOEHours- Full time, Monday to Friday, 37 hoursTemporary Role until November/December 2023Are you immediately available Do you have customer service experience in an office based environment Do you hold a full driving license and have your own vehicle to travel If so, this role could be for you!Flowers Associates are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a manufacturing customer services team based in the Loughborough area. This role is to provide excellent customer service to all customers ensuring enquiries have been acknowledgedor dealt with within 24 hours.The Role:Provide excellent customer service to all customers, coordinating quotations and providing timely information to all customers regarding their orders, invoices, and any other queries.The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the following duties: Assist the Product Line Managers with actions necessary to develop sales in specific regions Liaise with the various product development teams to identity areas for new products and assist with promotional activities Handle customer queries via telephone and email Coordinate quotations Provide timely information to customers to ensure optimum customer service Proactively contribute to all team projects Generate and work on daily Microsoft Excel reports relating to sales order management Ensure that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered within 24 hours Ensure all quotations, project and promotional activities are monitored and reported monthly Ensure strong relationships are built and managed both internally and externally Provide on time delivery focus and root cause analysisThe ideal Candidate:Have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deal with queries in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills as well as confident communication skills, both verbally and written. It would be advantageousfor the candidate to have knowledge and practical experience of using Microsoft Excel as well as the system SAP, however, full training on SAP can be given upon start. It is essential for the candidate to have a can do attitude and great attention to detailskills.Additional: Monday to Thursday 8:30am4:30pm, Friday 8:30am4pm Once competent, working a shift pattern (7:30am3:30pm) on a rota with the team Free onsite parking Holidays: 25 days plus bank Auto Enrolment Pension Option to apply for hybrid working once competent in the role (2 days working from home)
