Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our passionate and knowledgeable Customer Experience Team as the Customer Experience Coordinator. This exciting role will see you at the forefront of customer understanding and insight, utilising great stakeholder management skills to support the business in delivering consistently great customer experiences.How will you support usThe Customer Experience Team have a vital role in shaping the voice of the customer programme at British Gypsum. They take customer feedback and turn this into actionable insight that enables the business to understand what our customers think and feel about our products and services and use this insight to drive continuous experience improvements.In the role as Customer Experience Coordinator you will;

  • Represent the voice of the customer at British Gypsum by engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Lead cross functional projects that support the business vision and mission, whilst improving the overall Customer Experience
  • Support the Customer Experience Manager in the delivery of the customer measurement strategy to ensure we have the right listening posts in place to derive insight
  • Build a good understanding of our customers and their needs through analysing feedback sources, performing customer visits and engaging internal stakeholders
  • Share customer narratives across the organisation which could include regular and ad hoc reporting and customer events

  • Experience of working with customers is essential
  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to spot trends and themes from data and feedback
  • Proven digital skills including different software packages utilised across personal and professional use
  • Knowledge of research methodologies and a desire to learn more
  • Great stakeholder management skills are highly desirable
