This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our passionate and knowledgeable Customer Experience Team as the Customer Experience Coordinator. This exciting role will see you at the forefront of customer understanding and insight, utilising great stakeholder management skills to support the business in delivering consistently great customer experiences.How will you support usThe Customer Experience Team have a vital role in shaping the voice of the customer programme at British Gypsum. They take customer feedback and turn this into actionable insight that enables the business to understand what our customers think and feel about our products and services and use this insight to drive continuous experience improvements.In the role as Customer Experience Coordinator you will;
