Berry Recruitment are looking for Care/Support workers on Night shifts - 7.30pm-8am.Our client is an established residential care home, who focus on creating a relaxed atmosphere and Home-from-Home environment for the residents. This is a beautiful place to work, and many staff have worked here for 10+ years. The home has several pets including dogs, rabbits, cats, tortoise, and fish, and the residents are encouraged to lead a normal lifestyle.Sharing ideas and being creative with the residents is important in stimulating them, so you are encouraged to come up with ideas of activities you can do with them; talking with them over a cup of tea and learning about their life and family is important in building a relationship and trust with them.The right candidates will have excellent people skills and lots of patience.
