Job Title: Assembly & Test TechnicianLocation: Loughborough, LeicestershireDuration: PermanentSalary: £27,000-£28,000 per annum + permanent employee benefitsWorking within the Production and Test areas this role is responsible for the precision assembly and building of Fuel Cells, Stacks and Systems to produce fully tested finished assemblies for internal or customer requirements.Key Duties & Responsibilities:* Production of Cell, Stack and System assemblies using automated and manual build methods* Testing of Cell, Stack and System assemblies using automated and manual methods * Packaging of product for customer delivery* Full documentation and traceability of component/product batch, revision and serial details* Input and reporting of all relevant production data collected.* Training of new personnel* In line process and component QC assessment* Recycling and Waste Management of End of Life materials and productKey Skills: * Attention to detail* Manual dexterity* Computer literate* Knowledge of machine setting/parameter changes* Accurate numeracy and literacy* Effective communication at all levels* Problem solving, introduction of new methods, improvements* Ability, read and follow assembly procedures* Ability, update, read and follow procedures* Ability to read technical drawings--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
