A global leading enterprise based in the Midlands are looking for an interim Software Program Manager to join their team!Client DetailsThe client is a global well known outfit that delivers the future technologies in Aerospace, the future of energy and precision Healthcare!DescriptionWe are looking for an interim Software Program Manager that is certified PMI- ACP, Cert Scrum Master, product owner.This role is to work within the Energy Power Conversion division where you will be responsible for Embedded Software and Microsoft Windows Applications

  • Software Program management experience of complex software development projects.
  • Experience of combining Agile software development processes with formal planning methods to address both software task management and formal milestone tracking / resource loading e.g. EVM.
  • Ideally, understanding of Software Engineering, Embedded/RTOS based development and PC (windows based) development will help to be successful in this role.
  • Experience with project planning software such as MS Project, or similar, is required.Strong communication skills, b
  • Both written and verbal, including experience presenting to executive level stakeholders. Ability to interact effectively with different business departments and team members.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity & volatility and drive results.
  • Desire to make an impact & to continuously find ways to maximize the teams operational efficiency.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The successful candidate will have or will be able to attain BPSS security clearance.
