You will work a 37.5-hour week working Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8.30 - 5.00 (with one hour unpaidlunch). You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required. Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays), Parking availablewith fantastic onsite facilities. Based near the Ricoh arena, accessible by public transport but a car ride is a much easier journey. This is a hybrid role; you will be required in the office a maximum of 3 days a week. Training can be delivered virtuallyon your days working from home if required.The Essence of the roleThe Sales Ledger Assistant is responsible for reconciling online payments to customer accounts from the Service Centre and the pull through of invoices ensuring customer accounts are balanced correctly.Scope of the Sales Ledger Assistant

  • Daily routine of ensuring all online payments are balanced to card payments and postedto customers accounts via a manual reconciliation process
  • Manage refund requests from customers
  • Daily routine of rolling the previous days transactions on to the ledgers - SAGE 1000
  • Balancing and posting credit card payments
  • Processing cheques onto the system and onto customers accounts
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries online
  • Remittance collation
Prerequisites
  • Experience of working in a similar Sales Ledger Assistant role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of SAGE 1000
