Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER - OFFICE FIT OUT - LONG EATON BASED/NATIONWIDE SITES - UP TO £60KHunter Mason are recruiting a Project Manager with a specialism in Office Fit Outs for an established company based in Long Easton, with sites country wide.My client has the capabilities to create a bespoke office solution for our clients, understanding how a company operates and what their requirements are enables us to provide workplace designs to suit our clients needs.WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business
  • Developing and presenting project proposals
  • Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
  • Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
  • Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
  • Managing construction schedules and budgets
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
  • Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
  • Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the clients own representatives
  • Assisting with the Risk Assessment Method Statement and Operations and Maintenance
  • Organising a Plan of Works.

  • Worked on both large and small projects
