Job Description

This role would suit an individual with an interest and appreciation for luxury fashion. This business is looking for an individual who is excited and engaged by the brand and the values it stands for.The role of Administration Assistant will support various elements of the business, helping to contribute towards the smooth running of the wider business. If you have an organisational flare and enjoy getting stuck into Administrational tasks this mightbe the one for you.THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing internal and external telephone enquiries and redirect to the relevant colleague/team.
  • Accept and sign for all deliveries and ensuring the team receive parcels.
  • Liaising with couriers to track lost/delayed items and to arrange collections.
  • Managing email enquiries.
  • Responsible for Locking the courtyard gate each evening.
  • Ensuring the kitchen area upstairs is clean and coffee machine cleaned at the end of each day
  • Manage and enter holiday and absence requests onto the holiday planner ensuring it is always accurate.
  • Manage stock for the Long Eaton Offices and Factory.
  • Filing documents such as Fire and security checks, policies, pest control checks and invoices.
  • Book train tickets/hotels/flights for employees as required.
  • Input stock amounts into excel for goods going into the factory shop.
  • Complete expenses when required.
  • Placing orders for office supplies.
  • General administration duties.
OTHER
  • Providing part-time cover in the factory.
  • Setting up tech equipment for new starters.
  • Organising food for visitors ahead of time.
  • Communicating with charities to arrange collection of goods.
  • Organising key social events.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience within previous Administration role.
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to plan, schedule and collaborate with others
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Knowledge in scheduling, planning and prioritising workload.
  • Can-do attitude and positive outlook.
