We are seeking candidates with some experience in an in house environmentwith some knowledge around social media alongside general marketing skills.Part of Acacium Group, Thornbury Nursing Services specialises in supporting the health and social care sector when no-one else can. Whether the staffing requirement is last minute, unusual, remote or difficult to cover, Thornbury can help at any time ofthe day or night. We work across England and Wales, recruiting to standards which exceed local regulation and guidelines. The service we deliver is fast, reliable, professional and most importantly, trusted.As our Marketing Executive, you will support our Marketing Manager and directors in delivering business strategy and objectives to maximise candidate attraction and retention. This will be achieved through implementing traditional and digital marketing campaigns,in addition you will have ownership of all social channels with a view to growing our follower base and engagement levels.Everyday you will..

• Take ownership and daily management of our company social media accounts

• Write creative campaigns across the full range of channels, including email marketing and social content for both client and candidate audiences

• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to increase candidate attraction and maximise brand awareness

• Liaise with our PPC agency on how social ads are performing and provide imagery and copy for ads when required

• Liaise with and brief designers on new materials and projects

• Manage and coordinate the companys presence at conferences and exhibitions

• Write clear and compelling copy for our website and online portals

• Previous experience in a similar role, would be ideal for a junior looking for their next step
• Knowledge and experience working with and using social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram
• Experienced in working with social media reporting tools (ideally Agora Pulse and Later)
• Good working knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques
