Job Description

DY OPSFull time Position Reporting to Ops DM/Dm/GMKeyResponsibilitiesSTORE OPERATIONS & ORGANISATION

  • Support with the maintenance of stores electronic Devices, telephones, iPads, iPods, bluebirds and apply troubleshooting techniques when needed.
  • Provides training in iPod functionalities, ITX stock, iPod sales
  • Support in preparation and execution of stocktakes through all 3 departments.
  • Be involved in online process in the store (SINT, Store Mode, C&C)
  • Analyse operational reports/KPI: 25R replenishment ranking, success of devolutions, confirmation of transfers and support in strategizing plans for improvement.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery process to ensure its line with the company guidelines.
  • To support DMs in cellular organisation, including monitoring and reviewing efficiency of tasking throughout the store, and propose more efficient solutions where identified. Ensure that the front house operations are followed and covered at all time.
  • Responsible for stockroom organisation (standards, layout, efficiency)
  • Support GM with store stationary and bag orders, whilst maintaining required levels according to stores budget.
  • To support DMs and be involved in the front house daily routine including cellular and fitting room organisation, queue management (FR, SCO, Cash Desk) refunds organization ensuring maximum efficiency and coverage across the 3 departments.
SECURITY PROCEDURES
  • Support GM in ensuring security and funds management procedures are followed rigorously by all employees in the store and all relevant documentation has been signed.
  • Make sure all the operation standards are set up and followed in all the cash desks, in regards to purchases, refunds, exchanges, transfer product (RFID), faulty and on hold items.
  • Open and close cash desk and ensure that all cashiers and managers are trained
  • Monitor cash discrepancies level and report to the relevant department.
  • Oversees the banking procedures and follow up any incident reported by LP Department.
  • Manage the request of change and follow up.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Promote HR Policies and Procedures and the Code of Conduct in the store by sharing information with the team and leading by example
  • To support the senior management in identifying members of the team with development potential and build a continuous internal succession plan.
  • To support the DMs in the development of the team through 121s and Personal development plans utilizing the Leap application and monitor their progression.
  • Be actively involved in new projects, ensuring team members receive relevant training to maximise success in all operational area of the store (Back and Front house)
CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service
  • To effectively resolve customer queries and manage conflict especially with refunds
  • Motivating the team to offer a positive customer experience in the store, while leading by example
  • To understand and reinforce the company return policy.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
  • To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an accident happens.
  • To be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
  • Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of both POS and RFID system.
  • Knowledge of the Company, the brand and the store they are applying for.
  • Experience in managing a similar retail operation within a fast paced environment.
  • Team management experience maximizing profitability and drive sales.
