YardiVoyager Support Analyst An opportunity has arisen to join an existing Business Solutions team in a support role within a global Real Estate fund management company. The role will involve helping to support the global application platform, working closely withkey business stakeholders and within an existing support team, which is supporting the Yardi Voyager platform globally across the UK, EMEA and APAC regions. The scope of this assignment is focused on the support of these Yardi Voyager platforms. The successfulcandidate will be required to proactively support the global platform, engaging and supporting business stakeholders in identifying and making key system changes, contributing to the successful implementation and communication of platform changes where relevant.This role will also support the technical on-boarding of new business partners onto the Voyager platform. The candidate will work closely with the wider Business Solutions team, change programme resources, regional operational teams, strategic global businesspartners and key software vendors. This role also involves liaison with other internal Group IT technical staff, project resources and Yardi consultants. Key to this role will be ensuring that system changes for the Yardi Voyager UK, EMEA and APAC implementationsare consistently integrated within a global context and the wider operational platform within the current highly governed and structured environment. The candidate must have a strong background and experience within the Real Estate industry and a practicaldepth knowledge in working with Yardi Voyager (Investment Management and Property Management modules) and proven track record of roles in a fund management or property management environment is essential. Strong financial services/investment management knowledgeis a key requirement for this role. Responsibilities: Design and deliver financial accounting and property management change requests to the Yardi Voyager platform Assess the global impact for all changes delivered QA change requests for other system analystsOperate within, and contribute to, the existing Business Solutions governance model Along with fellow team members, provide on-call, out-of-hours batch support as part of a support rota and additionally provide occasional on-call/on-site weekend support, asrequired Ensure production of consistently high-quality technical documentation Establish data rules and principals to ensure data consistency and integrity of changes Cross analyse custom report requests Actively trigger system efficiencies and improve systemutilisation Assist in ensuring global system design and configuration consistency with a clear understanding of regional differences Maintain an understanding of regional system differences, assess options for ensuring the consistency of design approach andexecution Work within wider organisational/project plans, meeting business and project timescales within budget and to the agreed level of quality Following a formal lifecycle approach in adherence to standards Along with other teams, contribute to the technicaldirection of RE Voyager platform Maintaining positive and effective relations with key business stakeholders and members of the wider Business Solutions team. Key Requirements: In depth knowledge of working with Yardi Voyager Investment Management and PropertyManagement modules essential Good understanding of real estate fund accounting at various levels (property, SPV, consolidation and fund reporting) in a fund structure Recent experience of multi-jurisdiction Yardi Voyager platforms is helpful Strong financialservices / investment management knowledge is also required Experience of working within a structured business change and IT environment Confident, proactive and self-motivated individual, able to work on own initiative Previous experience of large-scale dataand systems environments Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Able to work to tight timescales in a controlled manner Strong documentation and communication skills Proven track record in similar role in a fund management or property management environment,and experience of multi-jurisdictional requirements Experience of SQL, Yardi reporting (via SSRS, YSR) and Yardi Voyager schema is helpful but not essential.
