This is an exciting permanent opportunity to work for a leading British technology real estate organisation as a Workplace Manager! THE ROLE:* Ensuring the front desk provides an excellent service to internal and external customers at all times* Providing line management of the in-house Barista and supervision of the Cafe services* Overseeing all aspects of building maintenance* Ensuring maintenance issues and faults are reported and fixed promptly by liaising with maintenance contractors* Proactively identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement to processes* Following up on escalated faults with suppliers* Managing and supervising the cleaning, security, and maintenance contracts, monitoring service standards, and escalating issues* Ensuring the office is maintained and presented to a high standard at all times* Managing suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency and value for money* Ensuring that facilities meet regulation and environmental health and safety standards* Managing the Starter and Leaver process* Contributing to the delivery of our initiative and relevant KPIsESSENTIALS:* 5 years of Facilities experience with 2 being within Management* NEBOSH certified* Member of IWFM or RICS* An excellent eye for detail* Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead* Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined* Able to lead teams in a positive manner* High level of health and safety awareness* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* A logical thinker with a creative mindset who will bring a positive outlook to resolving problems and issuesBENEFITS:* 25 days annual leave + extra days for years of service* Day off for your birthday, house move, good deed day, and digital detox day* Cycle to work and electric car schemes* Free Calm App membership* Enhanced Paternity Leave* Fertility Treatment Financial Support* Group Income Protection and private medical insurance* Gym on-site in London - or membership in regional offices* 7.5% pension contribution by the company* Discretionary annual bonus up to 10% of base salaryIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
