Job Description

The Role

  • You will be the primary point of contact for Workday configuration and security administration;
  • Analyse configuration and review business processes to identify gaps, roadblocks, and inefficiencies;
  • Ensure smooth operation of Workday across various business functions by optimizing its configuration;
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement Workday solutions addressing business needs;
  • Administer Workday tenant configuration, including the design of system process flow maps;
  • Coordinate enhancements to streamline functionality and improve the user experience; Define and uphold governance and standard methodologies for information security, access, and consistency across the platform;
  • Collaborate with colleagues dedicated to resolving Workday production issues, leveraging the latest features released by Workday.
Skills & Experience
  • You will have hands-on experience in a Workday administration role with a solid understand of the Workday Eco-system and ability to translate functional business requirements;
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Remedy) and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies;
  • You will be able to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyse configurations, and identify gaps and inefficiencies in business processes;
  • Excellent analytical skills are essential for optimising Workday performance and understand what tooling can be utilised for future roadmap development
