Job Description

The company has continued to grow globally, even throughout this pandemic!The role is a Workday HRIS Administrator assisting with the LMS and performance modules. This is a permanent role. You will be responsible for managing processes within the talent, performance cycle and the future Learning Management Systems. You will be responsible for the technical and operational deployment, ongoing change management, and administration of the system. You will serve as the super user of workday. Liaising internationally, your role would involve;

  • Being primary liaison between HRIS (HR Information System) and L&D (Learning & Development) team
  • Support in maintaining system configurations, data revisions and updates, system updates, and overall talent & performance system functionality
  • Detect, recommend, and monitor opportunities to enhancing processes within Workday
  • Support end-users by solving problems, answering questions, delegating access, access permission creating, and / or modifying reports
  • Train system users on functionalities and new features
  • Manage Workday access permissions
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience of project support/ implementation of an HRIS
  • Experience Workday or a similar cloud-based HRIS
  • Previous exposure working within an HR environment
  • Proven commutation skills via email, phone, face to face and video. Able to liaise with colleague throughout the world
