Job Description

Workday ConsultantAn award winning digital transformation consultancy searching for the UKs best Workday Consultant.   • Delivering Workday HCM projects providing best practice functional design & configuration.
  • Advise clients the best solution using workday to satisfy their HR process requirements.
  • Use gap analysis to process and solutiond design to help advise and influence decisions of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to thought leadership within the workday practice.
Ideal Criteria for a Workday Consultant:
  • Experience in at least three E2E Workday deployments as a Functional Consultant and/or Workstream Lead.
  • Expertise in driving workday functional design.
  • Must have excellent consultancy skills with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of all HR end to end processes.

  • Base Salary £50,000-90,000 (dependant on skill set and experience)
