This role would suit someone who is passionate about 3D and digital fashion and keen to drive and empower team performance, lead and grow your direct reports,cultivating greater engagement in tasks, whilst maintaining an inclusive and encouraging environment.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create meticulous 2D & 3D product visuals for Seasonal collections, Runway Links and capsule collections, through management of digital creation process.
  • Work collaboratively with Cross functional teams including but not limited to Design, Product Development and Merchandising and Showroom teams to ensure product visuals align with final collection garments.
  • Construction of 3D digital prototypes alongside CGI team for development of special projects, .com and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate procurement of seasonal artworks to ensure smooth running of asset creation in line with deadlines.
  • Manage seasonal critical path and coordinate team workload, including key deadlines to team.
  • Adhere to corporate calendar and wider Commercial strategy, cascading wider business goals and key requirements (such as mandatory training).
  • Conduct weekly touch base meetings with direct reports. Providing motivation and guidance, outline team goals, identify areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Analytical tracking of department workflow and progress.
  • Uploading and testing of assets via a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Tracking of departmental spend and budgets.
  • Communicate all departmental updates and team performance to Senior manager on a weekly basis
  • Assist Senior Manager with hiring processes and new team member training.
PERSONAL PROFILEEXPERIENCE:
  • Experienced line manager
  • Proven track record for creating high quality 3D garment visuals using CLO3D
  • Digital pattern cutting and garment construction knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for all 2D CAD creation: Technical drawings / artworks.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft office package suite. Primarily: Microsoft teams, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience in creating artwork ready for print and screen would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and trusted individual able to work remotely when necessary.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to direct team members and delegate workloads effectively.
  • Competent in creating and presenting with an influential voice.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current and strong portfolio.
