Job Description The team focuses on developing and implementing the strategic vision for Operations. It includesthree main pillars: Business Process Re-engineering, Operations Modernization and Business Transformation. In this role, you will help us implement our strategic vision through initiatives that help Operations attain the Target Organizational Structure, supportthe Business Transformation and modernize the processes and tools used. This role requires specific skills to design and build automation solutions (SQL, Alteryx, MS Access, Tableau, Xceptor). In this role you are uniquely placed to build solutions for Operationsor leverage our partners in Technology by designing the process and requirements for a Technology implementation. What you will do: Solve Business Problems through Process Design, Technology solutions and Operations User Automation Build tools that allow Operationsto automate steps in a process or entire processes Collaborate with other Operations super users to build business analytics tools Design and understand business processes, so that automation efforts are focused on processes that are optimal. Collaborate withTechnology and Project teams to leverage funded Technology projects, where there are opportunities to implement a more effective and scalable Technology solution Manage and prioritize initiatives that are requested by stakeholders, Integrate the vision willall the Operations Departments: Credit, Onboarding, Tax and Investment Operations. Solve Business Problems through Process Design, Technology solutions and Operations User Automation Skills you should have: Technical skills are a requirement in order to buildsolutions that will bring an immediate benefit to Operations Proven experience in business analysis and driving operational change/system development Technical skills to support existing tools when there are production issues and enhancements Strong knowledgeof MS tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint Understand the business process and ensure that process improvement initiatives are run in conjunction where required Identify weaknesses in our processes or tools to help steer the prioritizationof Operations Transformation initiatives Experience working with diverse teams and managing different stakeholders. This role is instrumental in a new team in Operations that will help the group develop and implement its future vision for Operations and theBusiness.
