Winforms - Developer - Software Engineer - Banking - Finance - C#- Winforms- Trading - Derivatives - STP - Commercial A large tier-1 investment bank based in London requires a Developer to join their Global Trading Solutions (GTS) team, supporting the bank on OTC Derivatives Trade capture and lifecycle management applications. Global OTC derivatives business applications cover products from streams such as interest rate products, credit derivatives and equity derivatives, options and fund linked products. Development team works with FO Traders, Middle Office, Quants, Controls and regulatory teams and deliver cost effective solutions to the challenging business requirements. Key Responsibilities: 70% UI Winforms, 30% server-side development Develop understanding of existing OTC derivatives Trade Capture and STP applications Interact with the front office Trading, Sales, Trade Management, Quants, and product control areas for the project requirements and support Ownership, investigation and resolution of exceptions/fails/breaks Management and facilitation of all trade lifecycle events - e.g. Credit Events, Clearing, Trioptima and Compression Cycles etc. Provide enhancements suite of standardized/simplified zero-touch workflows with scalable, extensible and highly performant IT solutions Design and implement new functionalities Capturing accurate, validated, compressed and allocated trades into the organization Participate in design discussions, communicate design ideas and take part in peer review Required Skill Set: 5+ years professional experience .NET 4.0 or higher C#, UI,WCF, RESTful and WEB APIs Solid Knowledge of UI Winforms Strong server-side and multi-threading programming Knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, SQL server Investmebt Banking experience Some knowledge of Java nice but not essential Your International Talent Provider iKas International Limited is providing recruitment services for this role.
