Whole School Principal | IB and US Common Core | August 2021 startMy client is a leading private national school in the United Arab Emirates serving a local population of students. The school delivers the USA Common Core and the IB Curriculum. The schoolhas a total of 6 campuses around various Emirates in the UAE. Many of the teachers are hired from ex-pat countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Teachers are also hired from various Arabic countries. The schoolsare accredited by AdvancED and the IB organization and are working to be the number 1 private national school in the United Arab Emirates.I am ideally after a Principal that comes from a line of USA Common Core and/or IB curriculum that has excellent leadershipskills to make a difference. You will be someone that has a STABLE career record showing continuous development and someone that has proven to make a difference in the duration of their employment. Candidates that are located in the UAE/GCC would be preferreddue to cultural understanding and also COVID travel restrictions.
