The Courtauld Institute of Art is the UKs leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and the conservation of paintings, and is also home to one of the finest small art museums in the world. The Courtauld is currently undergoing a capital transformation project that will make The Courtaulds world-class artworks, research and teaching accessible to more people - in the UK and internationally.The Courtauld Institute of Art are seeking an experienced and forward thinking Wellbeing Manager to lead the development of a small wellbeing team within the Student and Academic Services department. The role will build on the work already started by our small in-house counselling team and support both students and staff providing expert advice on a range of wellbeing and mental health issues.Reporting to the Academic Registrar, the post holder will have responsibility for the delivery of a supportive in-house counselling service. You will provide strong leadership and be a key member Student and Academic Services management team. You will have management experience within Student Support Services in Higher Education, with a record of leading teams to enable them to deliver and develop an impactful service. You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at developing and sustaining productive relationships across institutional related activities. You will take a lead role in raising the profile of Wellbeing across The Courtauld. You will ensure the provision of a timely, high quality effective and efficient service and provide support, advice and assistance to both students and staff on wellbeing issues.
