Job Description

We are working with a leading Student Accommodation provider, actively seeking a Weekend Customer Support Assistant to work on a luxury site in the City of London. We will ideally be looking for someone who has previous Front of House/ Receptionist experience,with strong customer service skills.Hours: Saturdays and Sundays - 8.5 hour shifts (mixed rota of early, mid and late shifts - rotating on a weekly basis)Salary: £10,480 per annumDuties:

  • You will be the first point of contact.
  • Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.
  • Providing a practical and timely solution to their problem, which may include communicating maintenance issues with your colleagues.
  • Helping out with parcels and post queries.
  • Loaning out items - e.g. hoovers, fans, ironing boards etc.
  • Helping to run our social events - together with our university partners or in line with our Residential Life Experience programme.
  • Assisting contractors, visitors and our university partners with their requirements.
  • Youll be carrying out checks and building walks - logging all your observations on an iPad.
  • Inspecting our communal areas; our power house - the plant room, the lifts and the corridors, residents rooms (prior to their check-out).
