Website ManagerInternational Development Charity12 month contract - £46,444Hybrid - 1 day per week in the London officeAre you a communicative analyst and website manager who can manage the website for a major international charity to ensure it delivers on key business objectives, overseeing web development and agency management, UX and CRO, CMS management, and SEO, as wellas providing internal leadership on website best practice and testingYoull join a small and dedicated team and make a real difference.Key Experience Significant experience of working with Drupal CMS, sprint system and Jira. Experience of creating strong web user journeys, considering traffic sources, audiences and user needs. Excellent knowledge of UX principles and user-centred design. Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and previous experience with Google Tag Manager. Experience in using data and insight to inform product planning and establishing reporting best practice. Proven success in managing stakeholders and multiple digital agencies to deliver against key objectives. Work enthusiastically as part of a team and form effective and constructive working relationships across the whole organisation and with third partyagencies. Strong people management skills, with previous experience of line managing staff.What Youll DoWork with the Fundraising team and third-party agencies to optimise website and user journeys, with a particular focus on CRO and UXSupport the organisations CRO programme, including an organisation-wide testing roadmap, working closely with the Website Officer and the Fundraising teamPlan, monitor and optimise onsite journeysWork with external agency on web development work needed for the website, project managing monthly sprints on Jira and ClickUpDevelop new and refine existing functionalities on the website, working together with the web development agencySupport the implementation of tickets required for security updates, PHP upgrades etc.Support IT team and web dev agency with hosting, working closely with hosting provider if neededSupport IT and Database Marketing Insights team with data export process from the website; help with analysis and troubleshootingWork with SEO agency on the optimisation of the site for organic searchOptimise web pages for SEO and guide teams across the organisation to create SEO-friendly contentManage the website content calendar, ensuring regular updates that meet the business needs and enhance user experienceManage the quarterly planning of website work, receiving and managing requests from the rest of the organisation, and ensuring effective processes are in place to enable thisSupport with the transition from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 on the current websiteProduce regular reports on website performance, using tools such as GA, Hotjar, SEMRush, sharing and presenting insights to colleagues across the organisationCreate Google Data Studio dashboards, to facilitate access to and understanding of key digital insightsSupport with the creation of tags and triggers on Google Tag Manager, in order to track events and conversions on the website; help with troubleshooting as and when requiredMonitor Consent Management Platform and Cookie banner compliance & performanceWork with the Digital Engagement Lead to set performance indicators for the website to inform ongoing digital planning and developmentIf you are interested, please send your CV to ASAP as interviews are ongoing.Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
