Thats why our digital-first strategy puts consumers at the heart of everything we do, enabling usto deliver the best products and learning outcomes to more people than ever before.Pearson is listed on both the London and New York Stock Exchanges (LON: PSON; NYSE: PSO).Position Description:Purpose:We are looking for a Website Content Manager who will be responsible for managing the English Language Learning (ELL) websites on a day-to-day basis, including adding new content, checking for broken links and fixing bugs.We are currently consolidating ELLs multiple websites into a single website that is our number one champion, making it easy for all our customers to discover, choose and buy our products. The website will be maintained centrally but have multiple localand language-based sites beneath it. The Website Content Manager will receive updates via Jira, and action as appropriate.The Website Content Manager will continually be looking at ways to improve the customer experience and journey to meet the needs of our customers all around the world and advance our ELL global website. They should have an insatiable enthusiasm for improvementsto digital platforms and optimising conversion rates.The Website Content Manager will be responsible for regular catch-ups with all stakeholders to understand what jobs are in the pipeline and how the website can best reflect what they need and support our goal of a consumer-grade customer experience. Theywill also be responsible for sharing website best practice to ensure web content requests contain the relevant information.This challenging and busy position requires some flexibility in responding to last-minute issues, so is ideal for someone who is used to working in a hands-on role.
