Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a website specialist to join one of the leading production companies for the construction industry.Client DetailsThe leading provider of stone wool insulation to the construction industry with an annual turnover of over £2billion.Description

  • Own and manage CMS system to ensure website meets business standards
  • Develop a comprehensive UX strategy that defines the set of initiatives to achieve targets
  • Produce maps and visualisations of the site to help understand the structure the website
  • Collaborate with team members and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our digital users
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
  • Test and optimise UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
  • Organise usability testing and market research
  • Report on all aspects of qualitative and quantitative user experience research to management
  • Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users
  • Ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimised across devices
  • Ensure content meets user needs and is up to date and accurate
  • Ensure all digital assets adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
  • Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations
  • Develop and implement link building strategy, including researching and analysing competitor activity
  • Work with marketing team to plan and run PPC campaigns that drive high quality traffic and lead to conversions
  • Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
  • Ensure website and all digital assets are fully compliant with all UK and international laws and regulations
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identifying trends, and provide insights to optimise performance and maximise ROI
Profile
  • Experience in a B2B digital marketing role
  • Proficiency in the following:
    • UX and UI
    • SEO and SEM
    • PPC
    • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
    • Project management
    • Strategic planning and budget management
  • Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Data-driven and quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with good time management skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to earn trust, work with, and influence others within a consensus driven organisation
